From the moment I booked, communication and service were exceptional, exceeding my expectations upon arrival. the hotel's beauty, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast were highlights. the location near the old town was ideal, providing a peaceful stay without street noise. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Krakow, a true gem. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and accommodating staff who made my stay truly memorable. the rooms were elegant, always kept clean and well, stocked with essentials. the cozy rooms offered breathtaking views, and the location, just a 2, minute walk to the square and shops, couldn't have been more perfect. During my third stay at Hotel Polski, I continued to be impressed by the central location, spacious and clean rooms, and self, service breakfast with a great variety. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
